• Two (2) towels - one to sit on, one to dry off with
• To wear: shorts, sarong, bathing suit, or skirt and top in lodge
• Water - Bring water with you. Make sure you are hydrated before the sweat. Drink water throughout the day.
• Warm clothing for after - we suggest layers.
• Vegetarian pot luck dish to share (NOT REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL GROUP LODGES - we supply food) - Many people choose to fast or eat very lightly the day of a sweat. You must be responsible for your own well being, so use your best judgment concerning fasting or not. Consult a health professional if necessary.
• A gift for the fire tender
• A donation of $20 per person or equivalent energetic exchange ($30 for special group lodges when Spirit of Nature provides all the food). See lodge for details.

Head north on I-25
Take the 599 exit for Santa Fe
When 599 ends, stay to the left and head north on 84/285
Follow the remaining directions from Santa Fe

Head north on 84/285
Take the 502 Exit (sign says to Los Alamos)
At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right heading straight for the casino
At the T intersection turn left (you'll be on Cities of Gold Road)
Stay on this road, it goes through the Pojoaque Pueblo (many speed bumps)
You will come to a spot that looks like a Y - stay to the right
On the right you will see a row of many mailboxes and a sign for 117S Turn left onto 117S - it is a dirt road
Turn left on Casas Escondidas - past a few driveways, the first road to the left
Stay on this road until it looks like you will run right into someone's house
Just before reaching this house, the road takes a sharp left, you will be heading straight into our driveway, #10
You will see the mobile home, the office trailer, and the healing sanctuary in front of you

Directions from Espanola
Head south on 84/285
Take the 502 Exit (sign says to Los Alamos)

Head out of town like you are going to Nambe and Pojoaque
Turn right onto 503 and head west
Continue on 503 passing the signs for Nambe Falls and Pueblo
On the left will be Sacred Heart Church (a statue of Mother Mary is in front)
Turn left just after the church (113)
At the first stop sign (sometimes missed) go straight
At the second stop sign go right onto 117
Cross the arroyo and go right at the T intersection
The road curves left next to a stone wall
The stone wall will become an adobe wall
Turn right on Casas Escondidas immediately after the adobe wall ends
Stay on this road until it looks like you will run right into someone's house
Just before reaching this house, the road takes a sharp left, you will be heading straight into our driveway, #10
You will see the mobile home, office trailer, and healing sanctuary in front of you
