COMPLETING
YOUR PUZZLE by Debbie "Takara" Shelor
Every moment you have ever experienced has brought
you to this one. People often wonder why they went through a
particular experience or why they held a particular job years
ago. As you evolve and mature, all the little scattered pieces
of your life begin to pull together - like a giant jigsaw puzzle.
At first you have a bunch of pieces that all look similar, yet
different. It makes no sense. And then little by little you
see how this one fits with that one, how that skill enhances
another one. It is almost as if the puzzle begins to build itself.
You have more and more aha moments in which you say, "Oh,
now I understand why that happened, why I met that person, why
I lived there, or why I made that phone call."
Many of my friends and I have been in what feels
like an accelerator. I'm sure you have felt that way too. Luckily
we have each other to bounce ideas off of, help clear, heal,
and understand from different perspectives. Like minded friends
make all the difference in the world. As I discussed in a previous
article, Who's in Your Inner Circle, you have to use great discernment

Thoughts are things. Literally. When someone
has a thought about you - good or bad - that thought creates
a geometry that is projected at you. If there is any part of
you (including your subconscious beliefs) that holds doubt,
or fear, or something else that is in resonance with the thought
that was projected, then the geometry of that thought will get
stuck in your energy field and it will have an effect on your
success, failure, happiness, joy, health, and on and on. Sad
but true. So when some person said something mean like, "You'll
never amount to anything. " or, "You're stupid,"
or, "Good things never happen to this family," or
any other philosophy, there is a strong potential that at some
level you bought into it. And because thoughts are things, they
don't even have to say these words out loud - they can simply
think them and project the geometries.
Now how can you be happy, successful, fulfilled,
and all the other things you want to be if you literally have
crap in your field because other people thought thoughts that
were not in your best interest? Well you can't. That is why
it is so critical to be discerning about who your friends are.
You don't want to share your dreams, or your fears, with someone
who doesn't believe you can achieve them or judges you for being
afraid of something. That is not supporting you in any way.
Their opinion is just one more thing you have to overcome to
get what you want out of life.
When you find yourself having negative thoughts
about another, remember what I just explained. Your thoughts
can literally do harm. Always remember the golden rule - do
unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you are judging
or being critical of someone else, stop yourself and send them
a blessing of love and light instead. The more you judge, the
more you will be judged by others. It is Universal Law.
In my opinion, negative beliefs that you run
simply because they were projected at you are the simplest ones
to get rid of. Here is how you get rid of them.
Close your eyes. Take a few slow deep breaths.
Place your attention on your heart. Think of something you are
grateful for. Smile to yourself.
Say, "I call on my Higher Self and My Guides
(my team) to bring in the violet flame of transmutation to cleanse,
clear, heal and transmute into light all disharmonious and noxious
energies in my body and energy field and to gently dissolve
any thought forms that no longer serve me." If you've had
the Grail Cup initiation, use that energy here as well. See
your energy field (a big egg shape surrounding you about 2 feet
out from your body in all directions) bathed in violet flame.
Wait until that feels complete. Then see your energy field filled
with golden white light and say, "Any new thought forms
that are not in my highest and best interest will now bounce
off my energy field and I will no longer be affected by them."
Continue with, "I forgive myself and ask forgiveness from
all others that I have harmed in any way including through the
projection of negative thoughts. I ask that any detrimental
thoughts that I have sent out be gently and permanently dissolve."
Every now and then you have to repeat this exercise
because unless you have healed the doubt or fear that the negative
thought form anchored to in the first place, you are susceptible
to acquiring others. If you value someone's opinion, you are
more likely to anchor in their crap, even if that isn't a good
idea. You have opened yourself up to their suggestions.
The limiting beliefs you created yourself during
times of trauma, the one's you got handed down through your
DNA by your ancestors, the one's that are held globally by mass
consciousness, those are the ones that require more powerful
technologies. Those are what is contained in Freeway to Freedom
- all the tools you will ever need to permanently heal the past

The more you rid yourself of these limitations,
the faster the puzzle pieces come together, the more your life
makes sense, and the more you understand and appreciate yourself
and others. The picture begins to take shape, you understand
how and why you have certain skills, and you begin to fulfill
your purpose on this planet.

9 FIRES
OF TRUTH: FIRE NUMBER TWO - COURAGE by Raven
In the last newsletter I introduced you to the
1st of 9 qualities - Wisdom. When you begin with wisdom everything
else comes easier. The second fire represents Courage, which
gives us the strength to share our Wisdom and make a difference
in our world. Without Courage we sit and do little or nothing
and the Wisdom is wasted.
Each quality is represented by an animal, crystal,
and color. There is a prayer and a meditation with each quality
as well. The meditation works best with a Crystal Peace Wheel
Set to assist you in creating the sacred space for the meditation,
however it is not required. The Crystal Sets have been charged
and activated in the first Medicine Wheel of Peace that was
created here on our land in Nambe, New Mexico.
Prayer: I have the Courage to speak my
truth, to be who I truly am at all times and in all ways. I
have the Courage to be true to myself and to reflect the radiant
glory of all that I am.
Crystal: Lapis Lazuli
Color: Blue
Animal: Cougar
Meditation: What is Courage? Where does it come
from? Are you courageous? Perhaps these questions can be answered
during your first meditation.
Sitting in or near your Peace Wheel focus your
attention on the direction of the North East. Call in your Spirit
Guides and Master Teachers. Call upon the Spirit of Cougar to
come to you and show you how to be courageous. Courage comes
in many different ways. The Courage to stand up for what we
believe to be true. The Courage to trust that the universe is
watching over and taking care of us. The Courage to speak and
be heard. Pick up the Lapis and connect with the vibrations
of this sacred stone. Call in the blue ray and connect with
the Courage that resides within you. All stones are considered
our elders for they have been in existence for much longer than
we have. Honor them for their Courage and stamina. Open to their
teachings.
Always end your meditation in a prayer of thanks
to all of those who have assisted you and for all that you have
received.
When we are confident and know the truth, when
we are confident in our perceptions and beliefs and speak our
truths and stand up for them, we have Courage.
Courage comes from deep within us. It is a part
of our being, inherent in our character. It is something that
we can strengthen or weaken through life experiences.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where
we have a choice. Do we stand up for what we believe in? Do
we speak our truth and exhibit Courage regardless of the possible
outcome, or do we step down and be quiet giving away our power.
Courage can be displayed at all levels of our being, physical
mental, emotional and spiritual.
Courage is being who you truly are without caring
what others think. Courage is speaking out when you see something
you believe strongly for or against. Courage is stepping up
to the plate to help others even when it may be inconvenient
or uncomfortable for you. Courage is being you, in all your
glory.
Unfortunately Courage appears to be a rare commodity
these days. We are taught from childhood to follow the crowd,
live within the socially acceptable boundaries, listen to our
parents, ministers, priests, teachers, even if they are full
of fear and lack Courage. We are controlled and put down right
from the beginning. It is easy to follow the status quo, to
stay within the lines, not rock the boat. How unfortunate for
us that we strip away the courage of our young people to be
different, to stand out, to make a difference. We are fortunate
that not all people lack Courage. There are those who speak
up and stand up. They are our leaders, they are people like
Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Nelson Mandella and many others
who stood their ground and spoke there truth regardless of the
ramifications and negativity of the people around them.
We all have a special message, a special gift
to give. Find the courage within yourself to express these gifts
and make a real difference in the world.
Now that you have embraced Courage within yourself,
work with this quality throughout the month. When you find yourself
in a difficult or uncertain situation take a moment and connect
with the Courage that resides within you, then deal with the
issues at hand.
Next month you will learn to love yourself and
others. Until then, take care and have a wonderful experience!

Dear Friends In a session with A.A. Michael
on 4th January, the following insights were given into the Labyrinth
of Creation, the Dragon Energy and the 13 Strand Rainbow DNA
in 2006. As usual we ask you to filter this information through
your own Heart’s discernment.

Krista’s Question: Dear One. In regards
to the wonderful Labyrinth of Creation, is there a Dragon Harmonic
that holds the Tone of the Labyrinth?
A.A.Michael: You see, Dear One, you are already
accepting the Wisdom of yourself. You ask the question but you
already know the answer …(chuckle) …. Yes, of course,
The Labyrinth of Creation carries the Harmonic Note of Dragon.
Krista’s Question: Dear One, can you
tell us a little more about beloved Dragon. We don’t really
know that much.
A.A. Michael: Dragon, unfortunately Dear One,
has suffered from what you might call “Bad Press”,
yes, that is so. So one tends to perceive it in somewhat negative
terms. It is the Fire Element, it is the Element of Cleansing,
it is the Element of Passion. Yes it is protective in some respects,
it guards the Wisdom of the Cosmos. But once you befriend Dragon,
you are opening yourself to that Cosmic Wisdom. Once Humans
lose their Fear of Dragon and embrace Dragon energy with LOVE,
they will find the doors to the Cosmic Wisdom can be opened.
Dragons are not so much Guardians as “Doorkeepers”.
They open the door to this knowledge, but of course you have
to present yourself to Dragon in the RIGHT ENERGY for it to
open the door.
If you come seeking power over others, Dragon
will be Dragon and will cleanse with its Fire. For only those
who stand before Dragon in LOVE will receive the access to the
Cosmic Wisdoms. This is a time when Cosmic Wisdom contained
within the Crystalline structures of your Planet will be revealed
to those who stand before Dragon in the RIGHT ENERGY, the energy
of LOVE.. And YES, of course, Dragon is a Being of great Wisdom,
a Cosmic Being in its own right, just as is Unicorn.
Krista’s Question: Can you tell us something
about the 13 Strand Rainbow DNA which we worked on at Eagle
Lodge.
A.A. Michael: This deals with the changes to
the DNA of the Planet itself. The energies that have flowed
into the Earth Planet over recent times have changed the DNA
structure of the Planet. Those upon the Planet, such as Humans,
will follow that lead and their DNA will gradually change to
match that of the Earth, but the Earth’s DNA has already
changed to a 13 Strand Rainbow DNA. It is simply a step beyond
what was. This is why the Earth is currently adjusting, and
perhaps in some instances ‘shaking off’ the past and
absorbing the new 13 Strand Rainbow DNA structure. It will be
interesting to see how this impacts on Humans, for it is a much
more Cosmic vibration than has previously been in place on this
Planet. We too have to absorb the change to this new DNA structure,
ALL those in ALL Dimensions who work with this Planet will,
over a period of time, need to change to be, and remain in balance
with the Earth.
Each will find their own way to absorb the new
DNA structure. At Eagle Lodge you created, with the assistance
of beloved Dragon, a 13 Strand Rainbow DNA Elixir to help those
who were present at the time to move more quickly into alignment
with the Earth. It does not necessarily mean that others will
benefit from that Elixir to the same degree, but they will not
be harmed by it.
It is a HARMONIC VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY that
underpins the 13 Strand Rainbow DNA Structure. There has been
an upliftment, as you know, over a number of years. The change
to the Earth’s SOUND, that saw the influx of additional
HARMONIC BEINGS to hold the Earth in BALANCE. This is all part
of it , Dear one, everything is interlinked. But you see, in
your Ceremony that night you created a 13 sided Pyramid which
came together at the Apex and then became the 13 Strand Rainbow
DNA weaving down into your Elixir and through your Elixir into
the Earth and the Oceans. That needed to be anchored, and the
anchor is the Trinity. You can not build a structure of 13 strands
without it being based on a Trinity Energy, this is the law
of the Cosmos. You know that within the Cosmos the Trinity is
the initial building block of all things. So in order for the
13 Strand Rainbow DNA to connect to the Earth it needed to be
stabilized within the Earth by a Trinity Energy, and that Trinity
needed to be a Harmonic Frequency. That Trinity Energy was Krista,
Margot and Sue, because they each represent different aspects
of Harmonic work on your Planet.

REVIEWS:
I am often given books and other products to
review. I was delighted to experience these:
The first is Vegan World Fusion Cuisine
by Mark Reinfeld, Bo Rinaldi, and the Chefs of the Blossoming
Lotus. I met Mark at INATS in Denver. I was networking with
Virginia Brown, President of the BioElectric Shield Company,
and we kept seeing Mark - practically everywhere we went. He
is truly radiant - I mean it. He tangibly radiates joyfulness
and love and those qualities come through in the book. We were
both thrilled to receive copies. Whether you enjoy cooking,
sacred travel, or spiritual insight, you will get all of those
and more in this one beautifully presented work. It contains
breathtaking photos and timeless wisdom from around the world.
And the dishes are so gorgeous and appetizing, my mouth was
watering. Learning ways to feed your body wholesome, appetizing

The second is Trash Talk: An Inspirational
Guide to Saving Time and Money Through Better Waste and Resource
Management by Dave and Lillian Brummet. When I saw "waste
and resource management," I thought it was some sort of
corporate or governmental thing. Boy was I wrong. This is one
of the most useful books I've ever picked up. The beginning
remarks were quite sobering: "North Americans account for
only 8% of the world's population, yet we produce 50% of the
world's garbage, and consume more than 33% of it's resources.
Production processes in our society result in 94% of the materials
extracted turned into waste before we even see the product."
So what can we do about it? Read the book. You will be amazed
at what you can do. I found it both entertaining and educational.
I had no idea there were so many ways to use the stuff we throw
away every day. I actually got excited from the possibilities.
As an example: I seem to never have enough magazine holders.
Did you know you can make them from cereal boxes? Who knew?
I just love this book. It taught me how to make a positive difference
for the environment. Extremely practical wisdom so you, the
consumer, can reduce, reuse, and recycle with confidence.
I've made big improvements to the bookstore.

Hi Takara, As always, this issue was time
precise for me. My partner and I just started a sports photography business,
are in the midst of our first busy summer season, are extremely cash poor
currently, and last Friday I accidently dropped our only camera. We are
told that repairs could take 8-10 weeks, rendering us unable to shoot
cycling events we are booked to cover. My partner tells me I must surrender.
I don't understand his analysis. After reading "On a Wing and a Prayer"
