I've including a few updates from some special
friends about what the year 2006 has in store from a numerology
and astrology perspective. These two technologies are tools
you can use to assist in making better, wiser decisions and
in understanding the energetics of what is happening for you
personally and on the planet.
Things are changing quickly.
Hopefully the insights that have been offered
to you through me in the past several newsletters have assisted
in your ability to handle all the shifts that are happening
in your world. You might want to visit the articles archive
as a gentle reminder. I have received numerous emails thanking
me for the meditations and other tools. Someone went as far
as to say it changed their whole life.
You are experiencing an accelerated time. Things
aren't slowing down. They are speeding up. And they will continue
to do so. Issues you have successfully been able to avoid in
the past are no longer carefully tucked away in hiding. They
are now out there in broad daylight for you to see and to heal.

deep breaths and center yourself. Allow your Higher Self and
guides to use this communication to assist you. Feel their loving,
joy-filled, healing energy being poured into you and your world
in this moment. Find something you are grateful for. From that

your life.
FINDING
THE GOOD - YOUR CHALLENGE TO ATTAIN JOY

I watched Groundhog Day with Bill Murray the
other day. What a truly delightful film. And what a wonderful
message. Our lives are no different than the man who keeps repeating
the same day - Groundhog Day - over and over. That is all we
are doing day in and day out - life in and life out. We are
repeating situations, making choices, deciding what feels good
and what feels bad. Making new choices and evolving.
The story begins with Bill's character hating
it. All he wants to do is get out of the situation. Much like
many of you feel about being here on this planet. Yes? Dealing
with the people you have to deal with. Having numerous issues
that keep you from your joy. Just as he did, you have to learn
to move beyond this stage.
But while you are there, life can be a bit depressing.
From the moment you were born, your life has
been filled with critics. You have food critics, movie critics,
and book critics. You discover early that you are constantly
being criticized. "Don't ___. That isn't right. No. No.
No." Your parents are often quick to point out when they
are displeased and that you aren't perfect.
You are graded for our performance at school
and at work. And that quickly ties to money. If you don't do
well in school then you can't get into the college of your choice.
If you don't get a good education with a great grade point average
then you won't get a good job at a high pay. And once you get
a job, you are constantly being criticized - by your boss, your
co-workers, and those you supervise.
Even those closest to you - your spouse, your
kids, and your siblings - can be horribly critical.
Despite all these outside critics, by far the
very worst critic you have to deal with is yourself. No one
can make you feel as unhappy and inadequate as you can.
You end up with a million shoulds. You feel
guilty about how you should act, who you should be, and what
you should have done. Of course you have those same thoughts
about the people around you. You have been trained well to criticize
yourself and others.
ENOUGH ALREADY.
I'll give you a big tip. There is nothing wrong
with you. In God's eyes, you are perfect. In fact, you are delightful.
God doesn't care what you did 10 years ago or
even yesterday.
Really.
God is an energy - like electricity. You can
be in alignment with the flow of that loving, all powerful energy.
Or you can shut yourself off from it by feeling separate, unworthy,
guilty, or unlovable. But God has no opinion about right and
wrong. Only people do.
Sin is nothing more than wrong thinking. Thinking
you are separete. Thinking you are unworthy. Thinking you are
an aweful person. Thinking you should have done more. Judging
others and yourself.
Stop agonizing about what should have been or
what could have been. Or how aweful something was or how bad
someone mistreated you.
It is the past. So, let it go.
It
is time to see yourself through God's eyes. What a delightful
set of dramas you have created for yourself. What an interesting
world you live in. What diverse people you have surrounded yourself
with. Notice that I did not use any words that denote good or
bad, right or wrong.
Notice I did not say what a horrible, aweful,
nasty, scary world or what aweful people. I said interesting.
Aweful is an opinion about right and wrong. People choose to
make it right or wrong. People are in duality. God, the Universe,
is not.
Everything in your world is a mirror. If you
judge something. It is something about yourself - buried very
deep - that you are actually judging. Everything is about self.
It's time to deal with it. It is time to heal. Avoidance isn't
really an option any more.
Back to our story. Soon the Bill Murray character
begins seeing how much he can get away with since every day
is a repetition and there are no consequences to his actions.
Because by tomorrow what he did today has no effect whatsoever.
It is as if it never happened. He can be mean. He can run from
the police. He can have meaningless sexual encounters. And tomorrow
it makes no difference. The people don't remember. Only he does.
(Oh, if you could just let go of your past as easily as that!
How much happier you would be.) There is nothing to forgive.
Your dramas seem just a bit longer than a day, and you give
them so much more importance. But in the grand scheme of things,
after reincarnating a bazillion times, each life is just a tiny
blip on the Universal clock.
Hopefully you have already evolved out of hating
it here. And hopefully you are beyond trying to manipulate and
control others.
Soon our character gets bored with being mean
and seeing what he can get away with. He begins turning within
and growing personally. He studies piano and literature and
ice sculpting. He begins creating beauty and enjoys cultivating
skills that he is good at.
Expressing creativity is expressing divine gifts.
It sends life force or Chi through you and into your life. It
is critical that you do this. Follow his lead. Put time, energy,
and passion into cultivating your gifts. Never stop learning.
You will find great joy in it. Don't do it to impress others.
Do it to bring joy to self.
Finally the guy in our story shifted his focus
again. I wonder how very many days (lifetimes) had to pass before
he finally arrived at this new level? He began being interested
in those around him. He began helping others. He stopped being
so self centered and he started bringing people coffee. He began
doing those "acts of kindness" that are done for the
shear pleasure of giving. He took the time to really listen
and get to know those around him. And he began to really like
each of them.
Remember the Golden Rule? Do unto others as
you would have then do unto you. If you are tired of people
being mean to you, then begin being nice to others. If you are
tired of being criticized and judged, then you have to stop
criticizing and judging yourself and others. That is the only
way it will change.
So my challenge to you is this . . .
Find the Good.
In everything. In this moment. In this person.
In this circumstance. In yourself.
When you hear yourself thinking or saying out
loud something critical - STOP. And find the good. Find one
good thing about the person, the situation, something. It will
be there. It may require a bit of thinking. But that is good.
It will get you out of criticism and into the positive. It is
all about changing your focus.
Throughout the movie, the Bill Murray character
liked a particular woman. He tried endlessly to gain her attention
and approval. Well, that wasn't possible while he was hating
being there, hating the situation and his life. It also wasn't
possible while he was taking advantage of others and seeing
what he could get away with. When he began cultivating his gifts
and enjoying his creative expression, she began to be intrigued.
She never came around to "loving" him until he had
learned to be who he was, enjoying every moment - literally
- of every day, and caring a great deal about others. You see
she was a kind and caring person. He could not manifest someone
like her being part of his world until he became that himself.
It is no different for you, or me, or anyone else. You must
first find joy within before your life will have the outward
signs of what you truly desire.
In the end there is love. Love of self. Love
of others. Love of life. Love of God. And you will finally experience
love in return. There is no greater blessing.
These are chaotic times. Positivity, a sense
of hope, and being centered are required in order to flow through
each situation with ease and grace. If you feel your mission
was to came here to make a positive difference, help other people,
and usher this planet into a more evolved and loving place,
how on earth are you going to truly be of service if you don't
master this?
I challenge you to find the good - every day
in every thing. You can't fulfill the rest of your mission if
you don't master this part.
These are glorious times. This is why you have
come here. But you have to get beyond your own illusions in
order to thrive in the new energy.
Everyone in this world, including you, is doing
the best they can. They are making the decisions they are making
based on how they view life, their hopes, their fears, their
distortions, their truths, and in their own personal level of
evolution.
To radiate love, to walk in beauty and truth,
to make a loving uplifting difference in the lives of others,
you must first love yourself absolutely and unconditionally
- just as God loves you.
Begin within.
Find your beauty.
Cultivate your gifts.
Forgive yourself for whatever you think you
have done. God already has. You are the only one who is not
forgiving self.
Once you can truly love and honor who you are,
then you will be able to truly love and accept others. And then,
finally, they will be able to truly love and accept you. It
happens in that order.
The world changes one person at a time. You
are the one who must change.
People often hope that finding the love of their
life will solve all their problems. Even if they read the book
and follow the guidelines, if they don't learn to love self,
of they have not evolved like the Bill Murray character evolved,
they will never find another to love them the way they desire.
It must begin within. You can not be happy if you do not love
and honor you. Please forgive yourself. Please accept yourself
for who you are with all your seeming imperfections. It is what
makes you unique. It is what makes you human. It is what makes
you interesting.
Every person on this planet is learning and
becoming. No one has arrived. No one has mastered it all. Well
I hear there are a few masters walking around, but they aren't
typically the people you deal with every day.
When you go to the grocery store, take a look
around, and realize that every person there is doing the best
they can.
You are doing the best you can. Let that be
enough.
Stop agonizing over the things from your past.
You did the best you could with what you had to make decisions
with at the time. It is over. It is done. You can only change
your now.
So in your now, I offer this loving energy to
assist you to begin to let go of your past, forgive self, and
move powerfully into your future. Close your eyes. Take a few
slow deep breaths. Call in the Angels, the Archangels, the Divine
Sisterhood, the Dolphins and Whales, and any others you wish
to have present. See yourself placed in a cocoon of warm and
loving magenta light. Let this light bathe you and penetrate
every part of your being. It is the Divine Feminine Loving ray.
It is the ray of forgiveness. It is the ray of compassion. Let
it soothe away all of your pain. If you begin experiencing memories
of past people or situations, see each one in a cocoon of magenta
light. Bathe the person and the situation with this loving,
compassionate energy. Let it transform everything into its truth
and move forward with all the emotional pain removed. Say thank
you and continue your day.

THE
9 FIRES OF TRUTH - THE FIRST FIRE

In the last newsletter I introduced you to the
9 Fires of Truth and some definitions for Peace and Truth as
I see them.
As promised, for the next 9 issues you will
be taught the 9 Qualities of Inner Peace. These qualities will
assist you in living in a more centered, balanced and harmonious
way in all aspects of your life.
The first Fire represents the quality of Wisdom.
When you begin with wisdom everything else comes easier.
Each quality is represented by an animal, crystal,
and color. There is a prayer and a meditation with each quality
as well.
So here we go;
Wisdom
Prayer: "I
open to the Wisdom of the universe. May it flow through me and
guide me in my daily life. May I always be wise. (read three
times aloud or to yourself, take a moment for the words to resonate)
Crystal: Citrine
Color: Gold
Animal: Owl
Meditation: Sitting in or near your Peace
Wheel, focus your attention on the direction of the North. Call
in your Spirit Guides and Master Teachers. Call upon the Spirit
of Owl to come to you to teach you the wisdom that you seek.
Remember that wisdom comes from different places and in many
forms. Be open to receive. Pick up the Citrine and connect with
the vibrations of this sacred stone. All stones are considered
our elders for they have been in existence for much longer than
we have. Honor them for their wisdom and open to their teachings.
See yourself bathed in golden light.
Relax and allow the wisdom of the universe to
flow through you. (10 to 20 minutes) You may use drumming, rattling
or other music to assist you in getting into an altered (alpha
brain wave) state of consciousness.
Always end your meditation in a prayer of thanks
to all of those who have assisted you and for all that you have
received.
Wisdom is available to us from many places.
It is the proper use of knowledge. We can have knowledge. But
if we do not act on it in a good way, it does not become wisdom.
Wisdom requires action. We have and utilize wisdom when we follow
our heart, intuition and inner guidance. Wisdom comes from everywhere.
It comes from our friends, parents, teachers, partners, nature,
pets, plants and crystals. The trick is being able to perceive
it when it comes and knowing what to do with it when we receive
it.
We all have wisdom. We share it when we speak
and act from a place of love and compassion.
Personal ego reactions are not wisdom.
Emotions are not wisdom.
Arrogance is not wisdom.
Wisdom comes from a higher place of being, one
that is connected with Spirit. We know that our choice has been
one based on wisdom when it comes from our heart and is in the
highest and best interest of all involved.
Seek wisdom to follow your path. When we have
wisdom in our life and make choices based on it, we connect
with the divine energy that flows through everything and we
create a world filled with beauty, love and ease.
Whenever you find yourself in a place of choice,
where decisions have to be made, sit quietly for a while, tune
into yourself and ask for wisdom to guide your decisions. Our
greatest treasure is that which lies within us. Honor yourself
and utilize this resource at all times. This resource called
Inner Wisdom.
Sit with Citrine in the North and tap into that
universal Cosmic Wisdom that is available to you at any time.
Enjoy the journey.
Your next step around the wheel takes you to
the second Fire, the fire of Courage.

bring it into our lives.

ARE
YOU FLAPPIN' YOUR LIPS OR ARE YOU WALKIN' YOUR TALK?

We made it! We’ve arrived at the final
season of the year . . . the Holiday Season, the season of optimism,
joy, creativity, emotional intimacy, and thankful-giving and
thankful-receiving.
What are we thankful for? First, that we’ve
made it this far by learning to surrender and second that the
Universe has patiently waited for us to decide to trust it.
The past 5 years have probably been both the
longest and shortest five years of your life. At first nothing
seemed to be happening then all of a sudden it was rushing past
you. The past two years have been incredibly intense, full of
life altering decisions that had to be made without knowing
the outcomes, alternatives, or consequences of our choices.
In 2003 many of us woke up one morning and realized
“this is not the life we’re supposed to be living.”
We began to reassess our lives and make life altering changes.
We might have awakened next to our partner and by lunchtime
terminated the relationship. We may have had to end something
simply because we felt it was time.
The last two years, 2004 – 2005, have been
about learning to trust that “allowing it to happen”
always brings a better outcome than “trying to make it
happen.” In 2004 and 2005 we had to overcome our fear that
the Universe wouldn’t be there to support us and therefore
we had to make it happen instead of allowing it to happen. When
we finally realized that we couldn’t make it on our own
and ask Spirit for help, Spirit agreed to help but with a stipulation:
We had to surrender to the “will’ of the Universe.
We had to deal with our abandonment issues by trusting that
what has happened, is happening, or will happen in this lifetime
is part of a movie that we casted, co-wrote, co-produced, and
co-direct.
2005 has been a year of “spiritual-tests.”
Numerologically, it is a 7 universal year; a year that calls
for universal patience, trust, introspection and a conscious
decision to surrender to the will of Spirit. The main reason
things have been so intense this year is that the Universe wants
to see if we have sold our “sole-proprietorship” and
entered into a cosmic partnership, or are we just flappin’
our lips about “Thy will is my will.” Here are some
examples of tests of faith: a serious illness (you or another),
slow drivers or heavy traffic when we are already running late;
external pressure to make an immediate decision; feeling frustrated
if it’s not going the way “we want it to;” having
a project rejected, miscommunications causing misinterpretations,
unexpected changes in personal or business relationships, financial
anxieties, being told (your life’s dream, a job, a relationship)
“just won’t/can’t work.”
December is not only the last month of the year
it is also a 1 universal month. It is a transition month to
2006 that urges us to step into our personal power, to make
ourselves our first priority, to release any fears or anxieties
that revolve around our abandonment issues, and to organize
and orchestrate our lives. 2006 is a universal 8 year.
A positive universal 8 year can bring recognition,
promotions, financial gain, robust health, business opportunities
to use your knowledge and wisdom to organize, orchestrate, and
delegate tasks. A negative universal 8 year can bring disease,
strife, frustration, economic setbacks, legal challenges, and
stir up karmic energies. If you work in partnership with Spirit
it will be a year of positive experiences. If you try to do
it alone, it will be a year of negative experiences.
What helps determine whether 2006 will be a
positive or negative year is the spiritual phrase you are experiencing.
Which phase of spiritual evolution/surrender are you in? Phase
1, you do unto others. Phase 2, others do unto you. Phase 3
you have the option of retaliating against those that you interacted
with in Phase 2, in which case you return to Phase 1 (a karmic
loop). Or you can choose to come from love and acceptance, in
which case you move to Phase 4. In Phase 4 we discover that
WE have been our torturer; that we have sabotaged our lives,
relationships, and careers not some outside force. In Phase
4 we come to understand our “shadow” Self and incorporate
it with our “light” Self. This allows both the soul
and ego to integrate with your divine essence. At this point,
your pre-selected life challenges and karma (unfinished business)
dissolve; you become aware of your life mission and fulfill
it by establishing a full-time working partnership with Spirit
in 2006.
The choice is yours, for there to be peace on
Earth and goodwill toward/from others you must walk your talk
and surrender to the will of the Universe. You must stop trying
to make it happen and allow it to happen.

GRATITUDE
We often write to you about gratitude. It is
the key to happiness, prosperity, and everything else you desire.
Gratitude results in a joy filled heart. And a joy-filled heart
is the only one that can consciously manifest. Here is a great

keys I talk about. This is based on the same fundamental principles
of the Golden Water Activation and the Global Marine Meditation.

WHAT
WILL 2006 BRING YOU?

Most of us have the desire to know more about
ourselves, those around us, and the events that affect our lives.
We want to understand the "whys" and "wherefores"
of life and how to respond to them. There are many occult sciences
that can tell us something about ourselves and others (e.g.,
numerology, astrology, palmistry, tarot, and handwriting analysis).
Probably the least known of these sciences is Numerology.
Numerology, as practiced in the West, is based
on a system developed by the Greek mathematician Pythagoras.
Numerology is the science of interpreting the patterns of numbers
and letters and their interactions with each other and the world.
Cosmic Numerology, a branch I’ve added
to the tree of Numerology, is a melding of the sciences of Numerology
and quantum physics with the concepts of reincarnation. Cosmic
Numerology is the study of the patterns and frequencies associated
with the numbers and letters that make up our realities. It
can identify the behavior patterns of individuals, businesses,
or countries. It also identifies the challenges and soulutions
associated with those patterns. Whether it’s a name, an
illness or disease, an address or foods, chemicals, minerals,
colors or cravings, they all have one thing in common; they
symbolize the interrelationships of the energies and events
that affect our lives. Numbers and letters represent the codes
of creation. Cosmic Numerology views these codes as being generated
by conscious choice.
I believe that at the Soul level we select our
particular name, time and place of birth, as well as our birth/adoptive
families. The purpose of these choices is to allow us to evolve
spiritually while in a physical form
* * * * * * *
In this article, I would like to discuss the
vibrations of the personal year (PY). The PY cycle lasts nine
years with each preceding year setting the tone for the following
year. The PY begins on January 1 and lasts until December 31.

For the world at large, there will be big changes
related to finances, governments, business and an increase in
aggressive tendencies.
How to Determine Your Personal Year (PY)
The
PY is found by adding your month and day of birth together then
reducing the sum to a single digit. Add that digit to the current
year, which has also been reduced to a single digit. For example,
12/11 (December 11) added together equals 23. Add 2+3, for a
total of 5. Then add the digits of 2006; the total is 8. Next
add both totals 5+8=13 and reduce to 1+3=4. The year 2006, is
a 4 personal year.
A "One" Year New beginnings.
Masculine energy (assertive behavior) is required
for initiating your plans. This year sets the tone for the remainder
of the cycle. You will begin to feel this energy by late October
of the preceding year. It is an ideal year for starting new
projects. Do not expect to start a new personal relationship
as all of your energy should be directed toward birthing the
project decided upon in your 7 PY.
One of your challenges this year is to be patient
and not become anxious when things are not happening the way
you thought they would, learn to allow them to happen. The other
challenge is to not do for others as an excuse for not doing
for your Self due to either a lack of confidence or a lack of
faith.
A "Two" Year Cooperation.
Feminine energy (intuition /cooperation) is
required for seeking, accepting, or offering help. This is a
year when the ego should be put on a shelf. This is a year for
beginning or ending relationships (social, romantic, business
or with Self). You will meet many people that will help you
along your path.
Your main challenge for the year is not to be
ego centered but to remain aware that positive interactions
with others is the key to success this year.
A "Three" Year Social Activity
and Creativity.
This is an ideal time to renew old friendships
and form new ones. It is a year of creativity, manifestation
and for expressing your Self through art or music. Have fun!
Bring joy into people's lives. It is a time when the ideas and
plans implemented in the 1 PY come to fruition. This is the
best year, other than a 1 PY, to birth new ideas and projects.
Your challenge is not to let your “involvement”
or concern for others choke off your creativity. Look to your
Self not others, for validation of your ideas.
A "Four" Year Focus on work.
Be practical. You may feel "boxed-in"
or "put-upon" or a sense of limitation. The 4 represents
the foundation. It is time to concentrate on work and to pay
attention to the details. Don’t procrastinate. You cannot
depend on others for help, they will not do the job to your
satisfaction and it will take more time to educate them than
it would to do the job yourself. Put off taking a vacation until
mid-August.
Don’t let feelings of inadequacy prevent
you from making your ideas a reality. Don’t exaggerate
potential outcomes to your self or others.
A "Five" Year A year of change
and a second chance for a new beginning.
You’re halfway through the nine year cycle.
This is a year of freedom and change. Opportunities for new
beginnings will present themselves. You can change your job,
indulge the physical senses (within moderation), enjoy a flirtation.
Personal freedom will be at its peak, take advantage of it.
Travel, whether as many short trips or a long journey, will
be high on your agenda this year.
Don’t miss opportunities because of fears
or anxieties about the outcomes of the changes swirling around
you.
A "Six" Year A year of service
and responsibility.
Like a 2 PY, it is also an excellent year for
beginning or ending relationships. Beginning this year and lasting
through the 9 PY, learn to put the needs of other's ahead of
your own. It is also a good time to deal with real estate in
any form --- buying, selling, renting out a property or fixing
one up. Be charitable, tolerant, and forgiving. Emit love .
. . do not go to bed angry.
The challenges are to remain optimistic, not
scatter your energy, and accept what you can not change.
A "Seven" Year A year of self-analysis
as well as learning to surrender.
What is decided upon now and developed throughout
the 8 PY and 9 PY, determines your spiritual direction and your
level of conscious satisfaction during the next nine year cycle.
The 7 PY is the time Spirit gives you to figure out who you
are and where you are going. By September 25th of the 7 PY,
you must decide where you want to go, what you want to be, and
how you are going to get there. (You can modify your decisions
later, but for now it is imperative that you place your order
with the Universe.) These decisions will be activated in your
1 PY.
The challenge is to let go of the ego’s
illusions of being in control and being “abandoned”
(whether by Spirit or humans). Over involvement in the affairs
of others will bring frustration.
An "Eight" Year A year of money
and finance.
Having developed faith, patience, and self-awareness
in your 7 PY, it is time to "strut your stuff." If
you cooperated in your 2 PY, kept you nose to the grindstone
in the 4 PY, and were of service in your 6 PY, then you will
be rewarded either materially or financially (or both) this
year; if not, this will be a very difficult year . . . one of
financial hardships or karmic paybacks.
The challenge is to
A " Nine" Year This is a year
of endings and letting go. A time to travel, especially long
distances. This year is the "final exam." All that
you have learned throughout the current cycle you will be called
upon to use this year. Start nothing new that you wish to continue.
This is an excellent year to end associations or dealings with
those that are getting you down. Minimize the ego's reactions
to losses and emotional disappointments by realizing that you
are preparing your Self for the new beginnings of your 1 PY.
The challenge is not to fight the changes, but
to embrace them. If you don’t want the next 9 years to
be a repeat of the last 9 (only more intense), learn to allow
things to happen instead of trying to make them happen. Learn
to do what you love instead of to be loved or to maintain control.

PLUTO
AND GALACTIC CENTER

In 2006 and 2007, Pluto will align with the
Galactic Center three times, ushering in an unprecedented period
of cosmic awareness and healing. This passage will also be marked
by chaos and turmoil.
Pluto’s conjunction with the Galactic Center
occurs only once every 248 years. While some astrologers report
Pluto as conjunct the exact center of our galaxy earlier in
the year, the alignments are actually in late December 2006
and again in July and October of 2007.
Because of Pluto’s proximity to the degree
of the Galactic Center (26:55 Sagittarius) throughout 2006,
we will feel the effects all year.
How each of us experiences this transit will
depend on our consciousness.
Pluto is the spiritual plunger of the solar
system, forcing us to face issues submerged in the unconscious
that hold us back from our highest expression of divinity. The
Galactic Center is a black hole around which our Sun and other
planetary systems revolve.
The nature of black holes, and Pluto, is annihilation.
Pluto’s passage over the Galactic Center
will accelerate the natural process the Hopi refer to as the
Great Purification. As a transpersonal planet, Pluto influences
the collective consciousness as well as the individual. Watch
for political upheaval, revolution and chaos, as well as Earth
changes that restore balance to human systems and the natural
world.
In December 2005, we’re put on notice.
This is the time for Lightworkers to heal spiritual, mental,
emotional and physical imbalances in preparation for the changes
to come in 2006 and beyond.
A crescendo of emotional release and fulfillment
culminates in the Gemini Full Moon on December 15. Between now
and then, our priority is to acknowledge and release patterns
from our past that will not be carried into the new cycle.
Key issues for Lightworkers during this phase
include...
- Self-esteem
not cultivated in childhood must be nurtured now in order
to achieve greater expressions of creativity and leadership.
- Ego
imbalances will be corrected. As you recognize and heal
issues of low self-esteem and create a unique, individuated
identity, check in often to be sure you’re operating
from essence, not ego.
- Patterns
of codependency must be released. Healing codependency requires
periods of solitude to develop right relationship with self
and Source, which eventually leads to healthy relationships
with others.
- Addictions
of all kinds - to substances, relationships, activities,
even feelings - are obstacles to soul growth and need to
be released.
- Recognize
and rewrite thoughts and beliefs that hinder your experience
of yourself as Infinite Divine Light.
- Heal
the illusion of separation that stems from “original
separation” when your soul individuated and descended
from Source to experience growth through human experience.
On the path of healing these karmic issues,
we encounter many forms of resistance. Emotional outbursts,
rage, hysteria, anxiety, depression, illness, accidents, body
aches, digestive problems, allergies, acute pain and injuries,
chemical and other dependencies are some of the experiences
we create as we begin to break away from past patterns.
As we grow in awareness, we begin to welcome
these challenges as confirmation that we’re making progress!
Meanwhile, strategies that will help you through
the changes include...
- Daily
meditation. Twice a day, at least 15 minutes each time,
will help you ground, center, reconnect with Source, and
integrate the changes on all levels.
- Develop
a support network with others on the path of mastery. Release
non-supportive relationships that attempt to hold you in
past patterns.
- Set
clear intentions and express them in ceremony, prayer, poem,
dance, song and/or art.
- Explore
transformational healing tools including energy and bodywork,
essential oils, flower essences and sacred sound.
Many astrologers have been writing and speaking
about Pluto’s alignment with the Galactic Center in 2006-2007.
Some presentations are fear-based, some hopeful. While the effects
of these conjunctions will be dramatic and far-reaching, they’ll
serve to strengthen and unify us as the shift to higher consciousness
intensifies.
