Manifesting
All Your Desires - Is Your Current Situation Just a Warm Up?
If you've
been working on manifesting all your desires, then you have
probably read The Secret and have been visualizing what you
want to have in your life. Sometimes you think you have received
or manifested what you asked for and then you discover that
it isn't working out quite that way.
One of
my friends recently met a wonderful man. He appeared to be
everything she was looking for in partnership. There seemed
to be interest on both sides to allow it to become something
more than friendship. She quickly discovered that he wasn't
"the one."
What was
that about?
Another
friend was presented with the opportunity to speak at a large
national conference. She was both excited and nervous. It
appeared that this could be a great turning point in her career.
Her speech was carefully prepared. The day of the event, only
a hand full of people attended the talk.
What was
that about?
Years
ago my former husband, Raven, and I were camping on Palomar
Mountain in Southern California. We had visited the only store
on the mountain and seen an advertisement on the bulletin
board about a house for rent. Raven made a comment that it
would be great to live up there. It was everything we love
in a location - a mountain top full of trees, a panoramic
view of the ocean, and not many people. As we were driving
back to our campsite, he suddenly stopped and said, "I
wonder what's down there?" - pointing down a road. So
we turned and took a beautiful drive.
As we
came around a corner, there sat the little house for rent
that we had read about at the store. Not only was it adorable,
but the front door was slightly open. We both looked at each
other and said, "Do we dare?"
We walked
around admiring the sweet little log home and thought about
how grand it would be to live there and hike in the woods.
We excitedly drove back to the store to call the owner. He
informed us that he had rented it just that morning.
What was
that about?
In each
case, it appeared that the Universe had magically opened a
doorway that would bring the person something they truly desired.
In each case the person was left feeling confused and wondering
what it all meant when it didn't turn out the way they thought
it was going to.
In moments
like this, you have to wonder what the heck the Universe is
trying to tell you.
Why on
earth did you have that experience? You thought you were manifesting
all your desires. Did you do something wrong to mess up the
result? Were you not clear in telling the Universe what you
were looking for? Is there a hidden message in the experience
that you have not figured out?
I simply
call it The Warm Up.
The Universe
was warming you up to the possibility, allowing you to contemplate
what it would be like to have what it was that you desired.
You were getting to feel what it would feel like to have it.
You know that is an important component of the manifesting
formula.
After
Raven got off the phone that day having been informed that
the house was no longer available, he began to wonder if there
was anything else for rent on the mountain.
Sure enough,
there was one more notice on the bulletin board. It was for
an old mobile home in the state park. It was not a cute little
log home. But we went to see it anyway because we didn't know
what else to do after hearing the other place was not to be.
After
being shown around, seeing all the little quirks of the place,
Raven asked me if I wanted to move there. I immediately responded
with "Yes."
He couldn't
believe it.
It was
old. It wasn't very attractive. It had some pretty strange
nuances about it. But it also had no neighbors. It was completely
surrounded by trees. To me it felt like the most magical place
in the universe. I felt good to be there.
Before
we saw the notice and then turned down the road and "happened
upon" the log home for rent, we had never considered
moving to Palomar Mountain. As we walked around the little
home that just "happened" to have the door open,
we began to imagine what it would be like to live on the mountain.
It was the warm up to what the Universe had magically arranged
for our enjoyment.
It has
been my observation that when it comes to manifesting, the
hardest part for for most people is the "allowing it
in" piece. We carry around so much emotional and mental
baggage about why something isn't possible, that when the
Universe hands it to us on a silver platter, we either don't
see it, or we look for the catch or what is wrong because
it is just too good to be true. We don't BELIEVE, have enough
FAITH, TRUST, and HOPE to allow it in.
These
warm ups help us glimpse the truth of the possibility - so
when the real deal comes, we can actually accept it. Manifesting
all your desires is possible. You just have to follow all
the steps of the manifestation process in order to make it
happen.
The little
house on Palomar turned out to be exactly the kind of magical
place that I thought it was. Raven and I got married while
living there. It is where I began my writing career. It is
where our son, Jess, was conceived. It is where the first
Dancing Dolphin Essences were made from the wildflowers growing

One day
we tracked a cougar that had walked through our yard after
a snow fall. We could look outside the window and watch deer
eating apples right off the tree. It was a heavenly place
for us.
My friend
that met the guy mentioned in the first paragraph had a further
story to tell. She met another guy and within the course of
a 20 minute conversation they were both practically in tears
at the immensity of the energy between them. She hadn't even
contemplated relationship until she met the first guy. When
she shared the story about the second one with me, I just
shook my head and said, "Oh girlfriend, you are in for
the ride of your life."
For those
of you who have read about my relationship with Raven, you
know it started in a very similar fashion. I had begun dating
a man who met all the things I had put on my list as requirements
for the relationship I desired. He was wonderful. I loved
him. Yet when I asked my inner guidance if he was "the
one," I always got no.
And soon
after starting to date the first guy, I met Raven. I could
hardly breathe in his presence. Our first meeting was brief,
maybe 15 minutes total, but it left an imprint on my heart
that has lasted until now. It was one of those heart pounding,
"Holy moly, who the heck was that?" kind of moments.
There was an instant recognition.
Luckily
the Universe had already put me through a warm up. I knew
a great relationship with a wonderful man was possible because
I was already in one. (Side note: There is a huge difference
between "hoping" and "knowing" you've
found what you are looking for.)
The friend
who was to speak at the convention - we are still waiting
to see what that was all about. I believe something truly
wonderful is on its way.
If an
opportunity has recently come your way and it didn't turn
out the way you expected, perhaps you were also just being
warmed up for something even more wonderful. Expect miracles.
They happen every day.

Because
everyone is unique, the stories vary wildly, but here are
the things that seem to be true across the board:
- a greater
level of clarity
- much
more joy and happiness
- enhanced
insight and understanding
After
I plant the seed (an energy star) at the core level of a person
through a long distance energy session, they go through an
accelerated series of releasing and growth. What follows involves
some of the stages and ways to assist to make the process
gentle and fluid.
May these
insights assist you as you continue your evolutionary journey.
The first
week is primarily about clearing and releasing at the cellular,
DNA, adamantine particle level.
Anytime
you are clearing out blockages and releasing physical,
mental, emotional, or spiritual toxicity, you would greatly
benefit by:
- Working

- Taking
a cleansing bath to draw out the toxins. A good choice is
epsom salts and baking soda. Soak for 20 minutes and then
rinse off.
- Drink
plenty of pure water.
- Rest
whenever you feel tired.
If things
surface - you become aware of something that was hidden until
now - that is an old pattern, wound, relationship, feeling,
that no longer serves you, then acknowledge the "pain,"
thank it for what it has taught you and helped you to become,
breathe feeling it fully, and using the technologies in Freeway

One or
two individuals experienced physical discomfort as toxins
and old physical wounds surface to be released.
The best
pain relief (use this anytime) comes with aid from
the angels. Just ask them to come and assist in healing the
issue and removing the pain. Also, see the area bathed in
healing green light and then ask to see or sense the color
that would be most beneficial in calming down the discomfort.
I usually see a milky mint green. Most people use some shade
of turquois - from very green to very blue. See a sphere of
that color surrounding and penetrating the area of discomfort.
I used this technique alot when I was correcting my vision
to eventually no longer require glasses.
As the
patterns are being rewoven and you are releasing the distortions
to your Divine Blueprint, clarity begins to happen. Suddenly
light is shown on an area of your life and you see it from
an entirely new perspective. Often you realize that some one
or some thing is not in harmony with you. Something doesn't
feel good, or honoring, or beneficial. In those moments you
get to set new boundaries. You say to yourself and
the Universe that "This is what I require." And
"This is no longer acceptable." It will switch.
Instantly. The relationship will switch. The circumstance
will change. I am still amazed when this happens. It is sort
of an inner resolution that you come to and because it has
become your new truth - on all levels of your being - it is
almost instantly mirrored back to you in your external world.
It has happened for me and I have watched it happen for numerous
others going through the Seed process. It is a very exciting
and magical process.
Dealing
with higher frequencies.
Many of
my clients and friends are well known psychics and channels.
Because I channel highly refined energies myself and work
with others who channel both healing energies and information,
I've observed and helped correct the following condition numerous
times.
I call
it "Getting Fried." If you channel energy or information,
you will know exactly what I am talking about. Sometimes you
nerves just get fried. You feel like you've been burned from
the inside out. You feel shaky and tired and worn out. The
rapid aging that some channels experience is due to this phenomenon.
The energies coming in are of such a high frequency that the
channel's physical body can't handle them.
It is
up to the channel to keep their body in a pristine condition
so there is no resistence. Resistence happens in the nervous
system. The energy comes in and there is resistence throughout
the nervous system. That is the system that carries information
as electrical signals. It is also the system that carries
the energy. If properly cared for and nurtured, there is little
or no resistence, channeling is easy and the body easily handles
it.
There
is a reason that adepts, sages, monks, etc. go through years
of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual discipline.
It is to properly prepare the body for this work. It also
teaches them how to be mature and use the energy responsibly.
Here are
my suggestions to assist in clearing and nurturing the energy
channels and nervous system:
- Eliminate
junk food, heavily processed food, and cut down or completely
eliminate meat products. You are constantly creating new
cells. The more life force available in the foods you eat,
the more life force your new cells will have. They will
be healthier and of a higher vibration. Foods full of preservatives,
pesticides, hormones and antibiotics cause nothing but problems.
These things can't be eliminated and are stored in the fat
cells - clogging up the energy system. They cause resistence.
There is a reason organic costs more. Its much better for
you.
- Drink
tons of pure water. And if you are channeling alot, drink
even more.
- Get
the rest your body requires. When you feel tired, rest.
No excuses.
- Make
sure you are getting plenty of trace minerals. If you channel
high vibrations, then the body requires that the minerals
be in perfect balance and readily available all of the time.
Otherwise things don't operate properly and you feel exhausted.
I personally drink water enhanced with Xooma every morning.
Many people find this very helpful.
- Move
the body. It is required. It keeps the energy channels open
and keeping the body fit assists in accepting higher vibrations
without resistence. I do yoga sun salutations every day
and dance whenever I can. Raven does Tai Chi and martial
arts. What do you do? Yoga sun salutations and Tai Chi keep
the energy channels open. It is part of the beauty of those
movement forms. You must do something to keep the channels
open.
- Routinely
cleansing the body with detox baths, cleansing teas, Dancing
Dolphin Essences Purity or Garnet, hugely assists in getting
the garbage out of the cells, organs, and bloodstream which
allows the whole body to function better. This greatly cuts
down the resistence.
In addition
to the recommendations above, I developed the following specifically
to help myself and my clients who are psychics and channels.
This wisdom is now my gift to you.
Use the
Dancing
Dolphin Essence Calm before you channel energy. It soothes
the entire nervous system with the platinum ray. If you are
a channel and have any overload symptoms, this is the essence
for you. Many people that do planetary healing or channel
other energies sometimes get the jitters. Often the legs feel
so jittery they can't sleep. Take some before bed. This essence
just calms that right down. It also helps repair any damage
you've already done to your nerves from working with high
frequency before your body was truly prepared to handle it.
Soothing
the Body with the Platinum Ray.
When something
rubs up against something else and there is resistence it
causes friction. Friction causes heat. In the human body,
high frequency energy blasting through can cause great amounts
of friction. This friction causes heat, inflammation, and
can literally result in nerve damage. The liquid platinum
acts as a powerful lubricant protecting the nerves from the
potential damage caused by friction. If you don't keep oil
in your car and keep everything properly lubricated, the engine
will grind to a halt. Don't let that happen to your own body.
This is
an extremely effective meditation. Use it often:
The
whole body: Call in your guides, the platinum ray, and
the dolphins - this is their ray after all. See a drop of
liquid platinum at your crown chakra. Allow this soothing
healing energy to melt down throughout your body. Take it
slow. See it slowly coating your brain and throughout your
head. Take it down into your neck. Spread it out to coat your
upper torso and melt down into your arms all the way to the
finger tips. Then see it melt throughout your torso bathing,
coating, soothing all of your internal organs. Slowly let
it melt down each leg, through the knees, into the feet and
finally the toes. You should look like a giant platinum person.
The
nervous system: See the platinum ray filling up the brain
and then continuing down the spinal column - soothing, cooling,
and repairing everything. Then see every nerve in your body
coated on the inside of the nerve shaft and on the outside
of the nerve shaft with this liquid platinum.
Do this
both before and after each channeling session. You will notice
a huge difference.
