Visit Tsunkawi
Experience an ancient Anasazi Pueblo. Feel the energy of the Ancestral Puebloens as you explore the pathways that were walked for hundreds of years by the ancestors of the current Pueblo People. Sit on top of an ancient Kiva and imagine a village alive with men, women, and children working and playing, fulfilling the tasks of daily life. Visit Cave Dwellings and see ancient Petroglyphs carved into the side of cliffs and rock. This unique journey is approached from the Native American perspective with teachings about the ancestors and current people of the local pueblos.

Hike to Tesuque Falls, New Mexico

Journey through lush mountain meadows and enjoy the scent of ancient Pine trees. Experience several different climatic zones as you hike a beautiful trail leading to pristine water falls deep in the forests and mountains. This is a wonderful half-day, moderate 3 hour hike on a good trail. It is a great location that is not well known. You may be the only people on the trail. Experience the majesty and beauty of Northern New Mexico.

Artistry of the Northern Pueblos
Visit some of the pueblos of Northern New Mexico. See Buffalo and walk in the waters of a beautiful waterfall. (not Tesuque Falls) Visit local Native Artists in their homes and studios and learn about Pueblo culture and traditions. You will have the opportunity to learn about different forms of traditional and contemporary art created today by local Native Artists.
